1. About this agreement

These Terms govern your use of Granra (the "App"), provided by Granra Solutions ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the App does

Granra is software that connects to your own WhatsApp Business API account (via Meta) and your own Google Sheet or Excel file, to help you schedule and send WhatsApp messages. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own WhatsApp Business API account, its compliance with Meta's policies, and any charges Meta bills you directly for messages sent
You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact data you import and for having appropriate consent to message the people in your contact list
You will not use the App to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or any content that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy

4. Subscription and billing

Access to the App requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Users and sub-users

Each subscription includes access for up to 4 users on your account (1 master account plus 3 additional users). If your team needs more than 4 people using the App under one account, additional users can be added for ₹300 per additional user per month as an introductory price, valid through July 6, 2027. From that date onward, the price for additional users is ₹500 per additional user per month. You can view and manage your current user count from within the App at any time. Using shared login credentials to exceed your licensed user count is not permitted under these Terms.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your contact data and message content at all times.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the App and its scheduling service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for message delivery failures caused by Meta/WhatsApp's own systems, your internet connection, or issues with your Google Sheet or Excel file.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost business, lost messages, or third-party service outages (including Meta/WhatsApp).

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, including misuse of WhatsApp messaging or non-payment.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
